REGISTRATION:

 
For your convenience, the Westland Hockey Association (WHA) has added an "On-Line Registration" process. This will hopefully make it easier for you to register your son/daughter for the upcoming fall 2010/2011 season.

 Registration will close as each age group is filled to the team maximum.

(1) Registration requires a signature from a parent or legal guardian and a registration fee.

(2) The parent or guardian will be required to complete the MAHA Hockey Player Registration paperwork and provide a valid birth certificate, before the child will be permitted to participate.

(3) Only credit card is accepted or “On-Line Registration”.
Only cash or check is accepted at walk-in registration.

(4) The player's will be assigned a registration number when they register.

(5) A $5.00 convenience fee will be added to each online registration.

(6) After you add all your children to the shopping cart you will have to check out for the registrations to be accepted.
